(More customer reviews)I had exactly the same experience as J. Dyer. This toner cartridge is a total disaster. There is no reason to waste your money on this cartridge. Buy a compatible toner cartridge instead. I might as well have taken my $95 and thrown it out the window, except that would have been less of a mess in my printer and on my desk and carpet.
