(More customer reviews)It's hard to imagine the constant need for the features offered by this product, unless you often share watching a movie or music while on a long flight or train ride. The dual audio outputs are a bit noisy, and the dock design limits the usefulness of this item to stationary applications. However, for the reduced price offered by select vendors (clearence, no doubt), this is a great combination external battery and dock for your ipod. Costing way less than Apple's dock, it provides similar functionality with the added benefit of the extra power... just in case you need it. Get one, before they are gone!

(More customer reviews)Got this because others I found wouldn't work with iPod touch, but this one does. The other review points out the buzzing sound and some issues with the alarm. We just us it as a dock, not an alarm clock. Sound is fairly impressive, but not amazing. It works well for us. Only downside for me is it does not have a headphone jack, but neither does our iHome.
