(More customer reviews)I have wanted a labeling device for some time and always thought of them as plastic strips with pressed letters. These labels are great and so easy to make. I choose this one as it comes with an ac adapter which is about another $30 dollars for the ones without. At $45 it was less than a $20 labeler plus adpater. As other reviewers state, the machine is the cheap part, the tape is the expensive part. Check the cutting settings so you don't waste tape. I have not used the software that comes with this as those capibilities at this time exceed my needs. I leave it plugged in and it is reay to go. After a short period of non-use it goes to sleep. I am using the labels for cords and transfomers around my computer, labeling items, and will soon use them on file folders. At that time I may find uses for the software. All yo do is type in your info, if you need more than one line hit enter. Easy preview. You just have to remember to hit enter after every entry in the menu. The info remains so you can print it again or easily clear. I recommend it.
