(More customer reviews)I ordered a set of replacement toner cartridges for my Brother 4070CDW laser printer from LD Products/4inkjets4-Pack Compatible Brand Toner Replaces Brother TN115BK, TN115C, TN115M and TN115Y For Use With Brother DCP-9040CN, DCP-9045CDN, HL-4040CDN, HL-4040CN, HL-4070CDW, MFC-9440CN, MFC-9450CDN, MFC-9840CDW Printers on 11/11. They arrived on 11/18 and I installed them immediately. Both the color and print quality were FAR inferior to the OEM Brother cartridges. I called customer service, was offered NO help, but rather was told to go to the Brother website and follow the "Help" directions for troubleshooting print quality issues. After spending three hours trying various "fixes" I gave up. On the next day, 11/19, I called LD back, and was sent an e-mail with a return label. I returned the cartridges on 11/20. When I had heard NOTHING from the company by 12/3, I called yet again and was told that my refund was "in process". I asked for a confirming e-mail, and was promised that I would receive one. I had heard nothing further (no e-mail or any other communication), and just called again (today is 12/7) and was told "we get thousands of items back to process refunds for (no surprise there!!), and we don't send out ANY communication". I was then told (another 'no surprise') "Mr. Albright, I see that your refund was processed just this morning, it will be credited back within 24 hours." I only hope so. PLEASE, RUN don't walk away from this company. Saving nearly half the cost of OEM cartridges was too good to pass up. But it turned out, unfortunately, to be too good to be true.
