They tld me to buy another fax/printer machine that is I found a new toner drum, it would cost more than the printer. So on Amazon I found Great Toners. I ordered their package of a new drum and 4 toner refills for LESS than I had paid for a drum at Office Depot when they had it.
Shipped quickly and I installed it yesterday. first fax looks just great, so I'm happy.
