(More customer reviews)I purchased 2 of this cartridge, the first was very good, the 2nd did not print at all, I tried to reinstall it few times but the fax/printer did not recognized it as installed and it could not print. I had this fax/printer for 7 years and used many cartridges from various sources. I never had such a problem. After installing a cartridge from another source it works fine.
