(More customer reviews)I purchased this cartridge from LD products to work in my PB mailstation 2. The Part number was supposed to be 797-Q. I received a cartridge marked 797-O universal, and the box said 797-O and 797-Q. The cartridge does not look like the picture(it does not have the clear plastic pieces on top as the PB original does) it says 797-O on the cartridge and it does not fit properly. I tried to use this as their tech support suggested and after 5 cycles of trying to prime the cartridge, still no ink. The cartridge is also blue not red. Called them and they sent a replacement, which was exactly the same as the first. Now they want me to return both cartridges on my dime, and will refund the original price only. I get stuck for the shipping both ways. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CARTRIDGE AND LD PRODUCTS. Just for additional info, PB makes a 797-O for the mailstation, and 797-Q for the mailstation 2-I guess their is a difference
