(More customer reviews)I've had this printer for about a year now. No problems at all. Works fine networked to Linux and Windows computers. Not as large as some, but the pictures don't show the paper tray jutting out the front...a requirement for operation. A little loud, perhaps, but only on start-up. Short time from hitting the "print button" to the first page. And that's my only complaint; it's ready to print so fast that it requires a hefty heating element for the fuser. This not only dims the house lights slightly, but it yanked down the house voltage far enough to overload my (admittedly cheapo) Conext 700VA UPS (and no, the printer was not plugged into the UPS). A better UPS remedied that. Interestingly, the printer's surge didn't affect computers that were not on the Conext UPS (or not on any UPS, for that matter). OEM toner cartridges are a bit pricey, but good for 3000 pages (the factory says). Still, hard to beat for the price.
