(More customer reviews)This is a great ink refilling kit that really does as advertised. I was able to refill my Dell Photo All-In-One Printer 922 without much trouble even though there wasn't instructions for that particular model.
Will definitly order again when I run out of black ink. Plenty of ink for their prices.

(More customer reviews)The ink and kit is easy to use. It is also a great price for its contents. However, the ink seems to be a little runny. Although this wasn't a major problem when refilling my ink cartridge, the cartridge itself didn't last long long before it needed to be refiled again.

(More customer reviews)This refill ink is of very good quality. The main problem is the lack of instructions. It is one sheet of paper with most of the cartridges on it with tiny writing discribing how to fill each one. The product comes with filler syringe and many other tools used to fill the different cartridger, but no instructions on how to use the included tools. I had no trouble refilling my HP color and black cartridge, but I have refilled cartridges many times before and really did not need the instructions. I like the inclusion of the primer bulbe it is just about required for filling the color cartridge and a dried out black cartridge, but there are no instructions on how to use it. My final recomendation is this refil kit has enough ink included for the avarge user to refill a lifetime of printer use. I would recommend it for a person who has refilled an ink cartridge before, and knows how to use all the tools provided in the kit.

(More customer reviews)I ordered an ink-cartridge refill kit with expedited shipping because I needed ink in a hurry. It took them seven days to actually ship the order and it was 11 days from date of order before it actually arrived. The description indicated this was a complete kit, no needles required. What I finally received was a box of ink with no instructions. All of the instructions I found on the internet indicate you must have needles to refill the cartridges.
When I inquired about the delay in shipping I was told I would be refunded my shipping cost. It didn't happen. All in all a frustrating experience.
