But with its internal dimensions being 8.0"x5.3", it is too small to fit an iPad. And a Kindle DX will not fit inside it. However, a Samsung Galaxy Tab or the latest Kindle 3 will fit.
The stitching, seams, and zippers on this sleeve are all of high quality. For bags, cases, and sleeves that are designed to protect laptops, cameras, and electronics, the cushioning at the edges and corners are often more critical than the cushioning along the two main sides since the edges and corners tend to get the brunt of the impact when the item is dropped. The entire perimeter of both the top and bottom sides of this sleeve are lined on the inside with a padded "rib" of material, tracking the stitch lines, that gives the sleeve an extra cushion along its edges and corners. The outside of the sleeve has a zippered "Power Pocket" where you can store your AC power adapter, earbuds, accessories. The Kindle's power adapter fits nicely inside this "Power Pocket". The elastic neoprene material gives the outer pocket enough stretch so that you can store a bulkier AC adapter or accessories inside it. Overall, I have been highly satisfied with Case Logic's various product lines of sleeves, cases, and bags for transporting digital cameras, laptops, and electronics, and this is another well-constructed sleeve that offers cushioning and waterproofing protection to your tablet (or Kindle).
