(More customer reviews)I did my research and found some good all around reviews on the product. Ordered it, and arrived as it should, no problems. My problem was when I opened it to find that there was no cable to connect with the computer. The box says it's not included, but the ad did not, and I'm sure that most people can safely assume that a portable hard drive will come standard with a connection cord. Just as you expect a power cord to come with a new laptop. Now I'm stuck with a hard drive as a paper weight in Algeria, since I will be unable to use it for the next two months until I return to the States. To make it worse, the Seagate product uses a different cable input than the standard, meaning that you have to order a specialized cord for the Seagate which isn't a big deal until your in my situation or you lose your original cord somewhere for some reason. Very disappointed and frustrated, hope the drive works well when I actually get to use it.
