(More customer reviews)I bought this cable to connect an HP Officejet J3680 printer to a computer using Windows ME. What I did not know, before purchasing the cable, is that the installation CD for the printer requires Windows 2000, or higher. Had I known that, I wouldn't have bought the cable, since I'm only using the printer as a fax machine now.
I'm sure the cable is fine, but I can't give it five stars for the above reason. Incidentally, HP's website mentions the necessary operating systems, but Amazon's website does not.
