(More customer reviews)The manufacturer of this item has mistakenly placed a 2 Male to 2 Male cable in the package labeled 2 Male to 1 Female Y Adapter. Thus Amazon shipping department cannot be blamed. It's the manufacturer's fault.
I sent the item back for an exchange and explained the exact problem to Amazon support over the phone, but the person did not understand what I was saying.
The second item I received was again a 2 Male to 2 Male cable, instead of the Y adapter. This leads me to believe that it's a widespread mistake and I would caution anyone ordering this adapter.
