(More customer reviews)I have always used the "name" toner and drums but this time I decided to do what others do - well what a mistake! I put the "new" drum and toner in my printer and it was terrible! It still needed a new drum and then the toner was no good either! What a terrible disappointment! I will never buy off-brands again.
