(More customer reviews)We have a brother MFC-9320CW printer. Needless to say, we have to change toners every 6 weeks. Because buying the actual Brother toner can be expensive, I decided to try the remanufactured kind to save the 50 bucks. I have ordered this twice now, and contemplating whether or not it's worth it. After I installed the first one, I ordered the second one as a back-up. Before the second one even came one of the colors was leaking on all the pages. The customer service IS efficient. They sent me a replacement for exchange right away. However after fixing the first problem, and after the second set came, another color was leaking inside the printer. The upside is that I got to use about half the toner before encountering the problem. So technically I'm getting one and a half toner for the price of one. You get what you pay for, but is it worth the mess?
