(More customer reviews)These are an excellent substitute for the expensive name brands. My Brother MFC is a few years old now and still produces clean bright copies. This might be my particular problem but sometimes the new cartridge is not recognized by the unit. I have learned to take the cartridge back out and swab the area with alcohol. After a few cleanings the cartridge is accepted and my MFC prints. For the price and the money I save this is not a problem.
